It ends with a duel in the Kamui dimension - Which Kakashi won, but not without sustaining injuries. This time around Obito has a spare eye for Izanagi, and while Kakashi's now battle worn, Obito has an estimated ten minutes to finish him off. Obito wins high difficulty.
I think you guys are forgetting Obito let Kakashi win.
On topic, Obito wins.
Obito wins since it doesn't take place in his dimension and he's fresh.
1. He still has giant Kunai and Shuriken spam, which both move at high speeds since they are propelled by Kamui.
2. He still has Giant Katon.
3. Still has Flame Barrier.
Kakashi's Kamui is useless as Obito has already shown the ability to negate it, and since Kakashi can warp a clone to the other side, it's pretty much 3-Tomoe Kakashi vs. MS Obito w/ intangibility restricted, and that's a fight Obito takes. Izanagi is only icing on the cake.

The kamui shurikens are countered by the doton wall, and this time obito can't phase trough it.
Giant fire ball is countered by going underground.
Flame barrier is useful as a defence but i don't see how this helps Obito against Kakashi. If he uses it around him as a shield then he needs intangibility to get out, and that would mean a raikiri to his body from the other dimension.
Shuriken already got blocked
katon already dot sidestepped
kamui escapes barrier.
Not saying kakashi wins tho.
The viz scan from that chapter showed that Obito didn't let Kakashi win.
Not going to work if Obito engages him in CQC and then releases the Shuriken and Kunai.
Ok.
Using it around Kakashi traps him and blocks his attack at the same time if Obito uses it fast enough. That forces him to dig underground to counter, and once he comes out Obito will be waiting for him with a Juubi Sized Katon.
Obito wins regardless of knowledge on Izanagi.
Only agreed with the barrier. Forgot about Kamui for some strange reason. But lol @ him side stepping Fireball jutsu=him sidestepping Juubi sized katon.
Juubi sized? Surely you joke. A slower kakashi has already dodged kakazu's mask blasts which are both pretty big themselves.
Not Juubi sized, but pretty close. Easily larger than Kakuzu's masks attacks, so don't compare.
And kakashi's grown faster since then. I see no reason why he can't dodge it.

He lacks the feats. He know nothing about his abilitiy without kamui. And the only time it was shown, he lost.Obito wins regardless of knowledge on Izanagi.

How was Obito suppose to win with a hole in his chest. His objective was to make Kakashi hit him with Raikiri.
It's pretty much confirmed he let Kakashi win.

Except you aren't showing that he's grown fast enough to do what you are claiming he can do, given the immense size difference between Kakuzu's Fuuton and Madara/Obito's Katon.
