The Mangekyō Sharingan — drains a considerable amount of chakra and strains both the user's eyes and body, a drawback which affects a non-Uchiha even more so. Use of the dōjutsu gradually deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness.

Creation Rebirth ( Sōzō Saisei) — By releasing the great volume of chakra stored in her forehead at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated by proteins, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state.

Strength of a Hundred Technique (Ninpō Sōzō Saisei) — similar in nature to its parent technique, which also regenerates the user's wounds via accelerated cell division, the Strength of a Hundred Technique has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process as long as they have chakra left.

Considering the datebook info provided above The Byakugō Seal (Creation Rebirth/Regernation) should be able to negate the side effects of The Mangekyō Sharingan due to it's healing properties.

Actually, if anything they would just be able to use it more without going blind.

Who says it doesn't? I understand that their is an appropriation of spiritual matters in the manga but it isn't too abstract to line those spefic elements up with medical ninjutsu.

For instance, Orochimaru presued Tsunade because he undoubtly believed that she could undo the curse inflicted on him via Dead Reaper Seal but at the same time the manga never elaborated on the actually of the blindness.

Sasuke had Itachi's eyes medically transplanted into his sockets right?

Sarada doesn't have MS so it doesn't matter.

I know well never seem it but oh well...

What are you objecting too my friend?

Your definition itself said it doesn't repair organs, just creates new tissue. That wouldn't repair an eye.

You're writing novels about two things that no one will ever have. This thread is irrelevant and you're obviously running out of thread ideas.

People were saying this about unlocking the normal sharingan back then as well, and see what happened?

It's easy to unlock the normal sharingan. But to unlock MS Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto, Boruto, or Chochou would have to be killed. Unless Kishi invents some ass pull way to unlock MS, which is actually pretty plausible considering Kishi is the king of asspulls.

That means Sarada's sharingan will be the most OP ever. She will not have the collateral effects from the Mangekyou. Kishi is such a genius, I bet that he had this planned since the beginning, when he decided to make Sarada like her mother. :)
