What I bring to you is this....
It is common sense to know if you ask someone a question they know the answer to and they answer incorrectly they are lying.
But what if the person believe they are telling the truth? is it still lying. Example;
Lets say You kill someone, Evidence points to you but you do not remember doing so( you loose your memory in another incident) Then you are brought before the court and asked if you murdered that person and you deny it- this just an example guys don't get carried away.
Would that be like some form of unconscious Lying or would It be telling the truth based on what you believe and remember?
