Naruto can "throw" rasengan (as well)

Here are two gif which show how Toneri got pushed away by rasengan (without Naruto pushing it against enemy). Then we see rasengan deflecting from Toneri, flying off and hitting the ground. It blew up when it hit the ground.

So throwing rasengan, is not really something new.
