Hashirama probably wins both scenarios.
Scenario 1 is abit iffy due to the boost of chakra sharing but scenario 2 is his definite win

Unlike full kurama Minatos kyuubi can only form 5 TBBs In a continuous barrage, not only that but each of full kyuubis TBB are larger and thus stronger than the TBBs that Minato can dish out
SS went through 12 PS-TBB and still eradicated PS, now there's only five of them with each being much weaker. Therefore resulting in Chojo kobetsu pummeling PS down to dirt and is still causing some damage to the kurama avatar

Without PS coating Mnatos TBB, the latters firepower is as good as nothing since SS can jus bich slap his TBB right back at him added with its own firepower that takes a dump on Minatos and he just like madara gets pasted

FTG is not cutting it when Minato is not evading hands that span multiple mountain ranges and that move as nearly as fast as a PS-TBB
And he is not winning the outlasting game due to the limit placed on his avatar.
And without his avatar he gets shat on by even base Hashirama

Perfect Susanoo's durability is increased, not to mention his PS is coating a Kurama avatar, which defended against Juubi laser with it's tails, Madara didn't use Kurama's tails to buffer against attacks from SS, his PS took the full force of both the explosion and SS. Minato just layers the tails over Susano'o and they serve as a buffer.

Though I agree on the point that SS may not be able to be destroyed. The boost from the cloak may not be able to push PS to the level in which it would make up for the damage Full Kurama could output over Minato's avatar, depending on whether or not it can or at least come close, FTG and it's versatility can make up for this relatively small gap (if any, PS may even surpass this gap by a decent margin with a 3x boost), especially since Minato doesn't need to be with Madara to teleport him due to chakra link via cloak.

Hashirama clearly wins both scenarios. BM Minato doesn't offer the firepower that Full Kurama offered Madara at VoTe, and his chakra sharing won't push PS to a level where Hashirama can't remove it. Any Bijuu Dama blade barrage (5 is Minato's canonical max) is plowed through via Chojo Kebutsu and any charged BD is caught and slammed right back into Minato's face. It's only worse in S2 since chakra sharing is restricted.

Madara and Minato wins this Hashirama is not catching them once they get they're ranged in susanoo blades prevent grabbing or flicking away bijuu dama equals GG. Kurama tails already blocked a juubi laser with ps over them it would comfortable be tanked period
