Exactly how does he beat Gaara? No intangibility equals no way of him getting past his defense. Gaara sand is faster than full body Kamui warp. I'm not seeing ho he wins here.

Nope.

1. Obito still has all functions of Kamui apart from intangibility. He still has giant Kunai and Shuriken spam, he can still teleport around the battlefield at will.

2. Obito has Juubi Sized Katon.

3. Obito has the Uchiha Flame Barrier.

The only thing Kakashi is far superior in is CQC.

No. It wouldn't. Only chakra.
