Wrong Amaterasu can be used as a great defensive wall and is FRS worst nightmare.
It being used as a defensive wall is worthless if all of the opposition can run through that wall, land their attacks, then remove the flames. V2 Bee, KCM Naruto, KCM Minato, V2 Kinkaku, and Ginkaku all can remove the flames with their cloaks easily so its no defense at all, a waste of time and chakra is what it is.
These guys are a joke even in there v2 forms they were bested by Darui and CQC Cee blinding them following by Susanoo arrows equals Good game or enton blade to rip them apart.
Even if they're a joke as you claim, look who their up against, a Kakashi, Darui and Cee who have no way to hurt them for all we know. Raikiri failled to pierce full jinz cloak not left over power from them there cloaks are not a strong as those Bijuu cloaks that Kakashi raikiri failed against, Also Raikiri failed to cut through the bodies not the limbs they get decapitated Kakashi could solo both of them.
I already said they'll end up killing Ginkaku and Kinkaku more times than not, but thats all. And no, Kakashi isn't soloing them.

This is Kabuto fight Sasuke, he isn't stomping shit with those feats.
Kakashi solos them fools no need for Raikage. He can land hits on everyone except Minato yes even Naruto he may haved dodged his punch but Far slower people then V2 have hit Naruto so don't even bring up his dodging point.
Cee is good for distraction Cee on top of A shoulders provides a blinding light while A takes on Minato its also a genjutsu giving A i huge advantage in this fight.
KCM Minato shitblitzes before any of your points can even come to fruition.
EMS Sasuke would beat KM Naruto high diff and Minato with med difficulty.
I did not include Killerbee because its fairly obvious that Team lighting gets wrecked due to all its fodders
