How will everyone feel if it turns out that Brandish is related one of Fairy Tail mage, seeing that she let them go but willingly killed one of her best man who can be deemed as her Right hand man. in order for ishgar to win the coming war one or two of the Spriggan has to betray them and team up with Ishgar instead and Brandish so far is my nominee to do so.

Mashima certainly did some tricky writing in that chapter. The way how Brandish reacted and the way how brandish phrased her dialogues. Mashima sure is foreshadowed something in future but we will see whether that is not the case or not.

Can't say any thing about brandish atm but due to zeref, I've a feeling the whole zeref's team which is kinda a dark guild now, will turn out to be good in the end like sabertooth ... :mew:

Her attitude was indeed quite weird and it's possible that one of the Spriggan 12 eventually defects as that wouldn't be the first time in the series something like that happens, however I don't see a reason to assume she's related to a FT mage yet.

Though if one of the 12 Shields is a gunner, then I'm going for that he/she is related to Alzack or Visca considering both of them originate from the Western continent.

Brandish μ(Mū).

Bisca Mū-lan.

Found anything similar. None of the Spriggans have that sign at the end of their names unlike Brandish. Let us see Ajeel Rommul, Dimaria Yesta, Invel, and August. Mashima sure is planning something. If that is the case then it would be another superb foreshadowing.

Also Brandish slightly resembles Bisca.

I second this. You just took the words right out of my fingers. Also both have same kind kind of hair color & round faced type which might foreshadow something. Tho its still a bit unclear. But still i am hyped.

All the members turn good? I highly doubt that ^^.
Are we sure we aren't all reading too much into her scenes and she's just super confident in her abilities anf really wasn't in the mood to fight? ^^

That would have been enough if she hadn't done anything at all. What's peculiar however is that it were Natsu and the others who started a fight by beating up her soldiers. Then when Marin beat up Mest, they didn't want to let it go and then Brandish presumably killed Marin to be "even". So in the end she lost one of her men and several others got beaten up, while FT only had one person being beaten up despite them having started it all. It's not that FT got away easy there, it's that they got away completely with everything.

So yeah there was something weird with Brandish' behavior that can't be explained by just confidence in her abilities.

EDIT: I just checked FT Monthly Magazine and apparently Bisca dislikes sweets, while Brandish loves them. I always went with "Visca", but if you use "Bisca" then you get Bisca, daughter of Brandish...

Might be a tad more plausible after all.
