He won't enter the 8th Gate because even with his training he is incapable of awakening the 8th Gate so the strongest goes to Naruto/Sasuke.

how strong he would be with 8 gates since even a small difference in strength in base form creates a large
difference in 8 gates form.

Not to mention Naruto and Sasuke should be stronger than ever before, and many would say even their VOTE

Yea naruto would take a beating jus from how fast lee would be but his body is made for that.. even now lee has no ninjutsu to deal with kurama.

While sasuke could jus use his ps until lee breaks it then sasuke could kill him with ameno.. amaterasu.. or izanagi if lee actually gets close to killing him... either way lee loses even with 8gates.
