Think about all of the conditions Sakura was under in part 2, and just know that she was storing her chakra at the same time. Also chakra control is second nature to tsunade, she doesn't actively try

What chakra is to do with drunken fist? I dont see Bruce Lee, Jackie chan in real life or Rock Lee in fiction need precise chakra control but Martial Arts skill and speed only.

Her fighting style is built on precise chakra control. She is too slow to fight any other way. Metal Lee would be dope though

I'm not ignoring that. But drunken fist requires to be completely under the influence, not sluggish from a few shots. This meaning her speed, which isn't too impressive would have to make up for the CES you cannot do, if you are a step away from unconscious
