Well hello guys, so I'm watching the first season right now and I was wondering if the manga is any good and if there is any good development. For those who have watched and read it, can you make a mini comparison without any spoilers? Thanks :)

The anime has some content adapted from the manga, and some completely original content as well; there is no full adaptation. I like the manga much more, mostly due to artwork.

But does it have a good plot? While I enjoy the anime, it hasn't made any great impression to me, at least till some point it seems "random", is the manga better organized?

The manga has different arcs, each of which has a separate investigation by Ciel and Sebastian. It's somewhat like a series of supernatural detective novellas. It does have a storyline behind everything (as in, characters reappear from one arc to another etc), but it's not as "solid" as some other series' plots. Whether you like such format or not, well, that's a matter of opinion. To me, some arcs are goos, some are worse.

Can you also explain me the whole OVA thing? I'm quite confused as for how the episodes since after a point it's full of ova, then it returns to normal episodes, what's going on?

I don't really remember since I last watched them a long while ago, but I'm pretty sure the OVAs aren't canon, they are just "for fun". I guess they are basically filler.

From what I remember, season 1 is only partially adapted from the manga (the beginning, the Ripper arc, the Curry arc), season 2 is fully original, and the Book of Circus is an adaptation of one of the manga's arcs.

So season 3 is like a sequel to season 1? I'm saying this because season 1 preety much gave a definite ending.

In a way, yes, but they skipped a few arcs anyway. Also, the end of season one is also anime-only (Ciel is still human in the manga, Pluto doesn't exist, and Grell had a different, well, outcome).

Just try reading it, it should clear everything up. Even some of the parts that were adapted into anime were changed somewhat.

I'm not sure about the minor changes since I've read and watched them a few years ago, but I believe the next arc after the Book of Circus starts at about chapter 37.

Basically, the arcs that were adapted are the first (kidnapping of Ciel), Jack the Ripper, Curry Contest and the Book of Circus/Noah's Circus. The next arc is the murders arc with was apparently adapted into two OVAs, but I'm pretty sure much was cut. Everything else is anime-only.
