Nope. Madara was being nerfed, an unnerfed and serious Madara would destroy both Naruto and Sasuke in the war. Madara has more chakra than War arc Naruto so he can make more clones than Naruto and each clone can use the same jutsus as Madara so each clone would have a Limbo clone, PS, deva path, Pretha path, wood jutsus, and any other jutsus he has. Naruto has his chakra, Yin Kurama, Hagoromo's Yang chakra, other 8 Bijuu chakra (small amounts), and natural energy while Madara has his chakra reserve (larger than Naruto's when he's 17) and the Juubi's (yang Kurama=Yin Kurama, then the full amount for the other 8 Bijuus). Madara can make 25 wood clones which each use Limbo so 26 Limbos and 26 Madara's (Madara and his clones are in PS which is stronger due to Juubi chakra. Madara use TSBs to block attacks (they can tank strong Senjutsu attacks as shown with JJ Obiti against Naruto and Sasuke), Pretha path absorbs ninjutsu/chakra, BT to pull anything towards him.

Madara's base skills are higher than Naruto's base skills so that plays a big factor since both are me to their powers.

Naruto instantly gets wrecked by IT

Sasuke can put up a fight while he can use Ameno, but once he's out of juice Madara will kill him.

Of 1 eyed madara Naruto has a better chance at beating him than Sasuke does, at least Naruto can strip Madara of his bijuu chakra if he does enough damage. Sasuke doesn't have a way of dealing with his immortality.

But you said that Sasuke couldn't affect Limbo.

Sasuke also received Rikudou chakra from Hagoromo (half of it along with the Rinnegan while Naruto received the other half and RSM).

For Obito's Kamui, it's said that he couldn't use Kamui because the size of the Juubi; Madara's Juubi had Yang Kurama and full Hachibi so Madara's Juubi had much more chakra and power. Madara's PS would be far more powerful than Sasuke's PS or Naruto's Kurama avatar since its Juubi+PS; think of Sasuke's PS after he absorbed some of the Bijuus chakra and now picture it with all of the Bijuus chakra instead of some of it.

How does a TSB negate a Rinnegan technique, if it can't negate Rikudo chakra attacks? And no feats say that Madara could even make half as many clones as Naruto
