How do you think the Naruto v Sasuke fight would've played out if Itachi never got reanimated?

Sasuke would lose big time because he would still be in the darkness. Hating somebody and thinking straight don't play hand in hand. Naruto would wreck Sasuke and bring him back to the Leaf Village.

All incorrect, there would be no Naruto v Sasuke fight, since the KA crow would still be in Naruto, so the moment Sasuke activated his Sharingan, he would get KA'd into being a good guy again

The Edo Tensei wouldn't have dispersed, he would've joined Obito & Madara, consequently the Shinobi Alliance would've lost because of no edo Kages.

However regarding Naruto v Sauce, Sasuke would've met Nardo on the battlefield but it's highly likely that Sasuke would lose at that point in time. & probably be saved by fangirl Sakura.

I say Sasukesama would've lost at the time because of KCM = EMS, but Naruto had BSM at that point which beats EMS mid-high diff.

This is correct, but it would have been kind of anti-climactic, since most of the fanbase wanted an all-out fight between them.

Oh and there would still be that small problem of the Edo Tensei.

There wasn't actually many Edo's still out, and the ones that were still out were contained until the Sealing Corps arrived to seal them away (excluding Madara)
