BZ one major speed feat came from absorbing the Yin Kurama while Minato was trying to give it to Naruto. He is always observing the plain field/scanning it.

Sakura's one legit speed feat came from the panel where she jumps to punch the ground but converts it into power and also the time where she pounds the WZ Clone by reacting fast enough.

I believe BZ a character not that relevant to the series has much better reflexes and speed feats than a main heroine of the series.

BZ not that relevant he is piratically one of the main villains of the series. Take him out and you change the whole series.

Well the chapter that I gave a scan of was 664 which was way before BZ was revealed that he was the true mastermind so at that point in time I thought he would just be a ordinary Madara follower.
