was I the only one who thought there were more transmigrants before maddy and hashi? the anime hagoromo said they were the first when naruto asked if there were more. I could of sworn hagoromo ain't say that in the manga and that BZ said he's been fooling Indra transmigrants for the longest.

The anime actually showed Team 7 as friends and made us of the K11 with those fillers. Unlike the manga.

yeah, they did, but you can't deny that their characters were developed with a hundred episodes of boring missions.

it takes time to develop characters, and the fillers slowly did that and made the characters more memorable.

Maybe Ashura and Indra incarnated inside many people(Their descendants) but the most successful incarnations was HashiMad and NaruSasu.

And other past incarnations is a failure and they(Indra and Ashura chakra) left their body earlier and seek another potential candidates.

Umm Lord Sasuke was relevant the entire story, but I do agree that it was a trash concept. It completely contradicted the message that part 1 of the series was trying to send.

Part 1 a boy named Naruto was a nobody with no talent who had a dream to become Hokage and improved through sheer determination

Part 2 a boy named Naruto who has a dream of becoming Hokage and is predestined to be the hero of the world as told by the Prophecy of the Toad Sage

Trash, Sasuke's greatness saved the manga for me. I was about to drop it when the whole Ashura/Indra transmigrants concept was revealed. So stupid..

The thing about transmigrants is that they only wield potential and fulfilling that potential is a whole different story. Out of all the transmigrants only Sasuke and Madara were able to awaken EMS because the chance of compatibility is very low and geniuses like them exist once every half century

Same goes for Ashura's descendants, out of all of them only Hashirama and Naruto were able to achieve Sage Mode's full potential, one combined it with the rarest KKG while the other combined it after befriending the embodiment of hatred.
