Apparently both Hinata and Sakura are called heroine, and the elite genin is indeed a reference to Sarada and Bortuo.

*********** seems more accurate to me. :sdo:

Both of them are not elite Jounin by birth but the Heroine term for both of them makes sense in a way.

Hinata was an elite genin in what way? :| I will give u Sakura since she supposedly had good grades and probably recieved hype from being the fifth's student, but what did Hinata do?

Completely agree, but maybe they turned up during Naruto's absence from the village. I mean they all pass Chuunin exams. I didn't watch the filler so I'm not sure if they were kicking ass or not.

OT: Old news is old.

This makes more sense. They were both heroines from the time of the original series (the war etc.). In terms of the series they both are heroines since heroine in Eastern series refers to the main's love interest as well. Sakura is the main female and Hinata is the main's love interest with both of them being heroines since I guess they fought in the war etc.

That's the way I've heard it be described on translations.

Sakura is the heroine of the series and Hinata is the heroine for Naruto the character. Works both ways since Hinata has saved Naruto a few times.

Got the MC's D.That makes her heroine apparently

Nope it was her popularity over Sakura for a majority of the series. Hinata gained fans regardless of what kishi did with her. Sakura required references from models and powerups to compete and people barely took notice of the former

Irrelevant. She is still not heroine regardless of her popularity. She hardly exists in the series.Someone having more fans does not mean she is heroine as Kishi did not pay heed to it or develop her properly

They were both the heroine at some point.

It's just that one was self-proclaimed while the other stole the spotlight for it.
