I liked Laxus' long awaited return. And good to see Natsu still has long to go before he can match Laxus & Gildarts. Yes he was recently said to be some demon, but as it always been and should be for a while more, he's still a greenhorn against his seniors.
And Laxus back with a bang! Awesme and also gramps was badass in this chapter.
Still it looked like Laxus attack wouldn't have done much damage on Ajeel and the other dude just blocked it with ease.
The only thing i dislike is that once again Hiro makes Natsu hold back. He was able to blitz a Spriggan and didn't even show more than 40% of his strength. I really hope he gets a serious fight soon and shows how powerful he is.

Lightning Flame Mode isn't Canon I think.. Im pretty sure he used he all of Laxus Lightning if its canon like it been 7 Years ago ( Tenrou Group Sleeping 5 Years I Think and TimeSkip )when he received it. He never said that he couldn't have done much to him and August clearly said that it was pAinfull to lose comrade when ajeel asked him about his protection. This chp clearly showed that laxus can fodder springanns like ajeel.

The one thing that this chapter showed is how powerful the Spriggans are. If Laxus were able to fodderize them then they wouldn't have just escaped and took them out. lol If that were true, then Natsu would have just jumped int he fight and attackted them, because that is how he is.
