Sorry for my poor english!

First, I would change nothing until the war arc. Then:

- Naruto leaves to train with Bee on that turtle-island but doesn't get a chakra-cloak. He normally transforms into Kurama, like any other Jinchuuriki does with their Bijuu.

- During the war, Naruto uses Senjutsu most of the time and is able to do some special Rasengan-moves like "mini Bijuudama", without these ugly glowing cloaks.

- Edo-Tensei would be more dangerous.. I mean, just look at how pathetic the revived Akatsukis were.

- Madara does not nearly kill the Gokage because Oonoki sacrifices himself to save the other kages.

- Then everything would stay the the way it is until the Juubi is revived, except Orochimaru reviving the 4 Hokage (after Edo-Tensei was released, there shouldn't be any more (new) Edo-Zombies.

- After that, Obito dies after he lost against Kakashi. But Madara uses Obito's final breath and energy to force that dying guy into a Rinne Tensei what brings Madara back to life (so no Jinchuuriki-Obito of course)

- A blind Madara gets his first eye by the white Zetsu and has to buy himself some time until the eye healed and is ready to use (so no instant-using like in the manga)

- Madara runs around, avoiding attacks from the remaining alliance and is pushed into a corner but is then able to use his right eye to 'shinra-tensei' his enemies away. Naruto, Sasuke and the surviving kage do everything to hold Juubi under their control, thinking of a way to seal it.

- Black Zetsu in the meanwhile.. took the Rinnegan from Obitos dead body and joins Madara eventually with a jump out of the ground and fuses with Maddy again (because he would be still his will) which gives Maddy his second eye back.

- Naruto can sense this and asks Sasuke for help to stop Madara before he reaches Juubi, but they lose against a Madara with full power, unrestricted Rinnegan and die. But only for a short time.

- Both of them meet someone in a world between life and death. But I don't mean Hagoromo, but Indra and Ashura. (I would've made Indra possessing two 6-Tomoe-Rinnegan, a mix from his fathers Rinnegan + his own Sharingan as the ancestor of the Uchiha-Clan.. and Ashura would've had Rikudou-Senjutsu with Ninshuu to boost strength with the will of friends or something like that).

- Indra sets Sasuke against Naruto/Ashura, while Ashura talks about breaking the circle of hate blablala.. the two brothers tell the story of their father Hagoromo, a normal human priest, ate the fruit to stop the wars on earth and how he fought against Juubi etc. (So of course no Hamura, no Kaguya and no alien-origin for the Ootsutsuki)
In the end, Sasuke gets two 6-Tomoe-Rinnegan from Indra and Naruto gets Rikudou Senjutsu with Ninshuu form Ashura and they both come back to life because of their transmigration-chakra.

- Meanwhile, Maddy defeated the kages once again and became Juubis Jinchuuriki and is surprised that Naruto and Sasuke came back to life. He casts Mugen Tsukuyomi (which would stay only a dream world, no transformation into Zetsu-bullsh*t), Sasuke saves Naruto with his new Susanoo, but anyone else is trapped (even Kakashi who would have kept his Sharingan and Sakura) in this beautiful dream world.

- The final battle in this war begins. Double Rinnegan Rikudou-Madara (symbolising Hagoromo) vs. Naruto/Sasuke (symbolising Ashura/Indra).

- I would also change the thing about Limbo Hengoku. Naruto would only be able to hurt the shadows, but CAN'T see nor sense them in any way.. while Sasuke only can see them, but CAN'T hurt them. This leads to REAL teamwork to stop Madara.

- In the end, an exhausted Maddy almost defeats Naruto/Sasuke again, but then is a bit too arrogant and gets killed by a final combined attack from NaruSasu.

- After that, the war is over, but Sasuke continues his batman-plan according to the original manga with the same ending I guess.

Have the curse of hatred end when Naruto goes inside his mind, and slaps Ashura in the face, while Sasuke does the same with Indra.

no TnJs.. Naruto has been known for being a hard head. So everything will be met and dealt with through brute force amplified by his innocent stupidity.

Sasuke will just be a cool cold hearted man that all he does is think, no drama psycho BS. He seriously was like an overreacting GF.

No Sakura nonsense, either make her die and snap some sense to this machine of a Sasuke and a wake up call for Naruto to start thinking or that she progressively becomes useful, even just a little bit.

no fodder gods.. seriously? Juubito, Godara, Rabbit Goddess? most powerful ones and done in less than 50 chapters? that's all of em combined...

More ninja tools.. Have Hagoromo the 6 paths of Earth be all about the ninja life while Hamura 6 paths of the moon be all way of the warrior.

No hand me down powerups.. So basically Madara and Hashirama type of story.

Chapter 700+ the story will be against tech vs chakra powers. cuz you know, boruto is a cheater and all..

no fan service pairings.. seriously.. flipping SS..

more Prime Hiruzen. More Otsutsuki stories, how Uchihas Senjus Hyugas and Uzumakis came to and why they are no longer Otsutsuki. Also show Naruto's Avatar.. that kid is too much Kurama dependent.

More Yin Yang emphasis so mind and heart. brain and body.

less parallels or at least when there is a parallel, don't make em all be the same the only change their fate because they are MC.

1. Make Hinata a member of team 7 instead of Sakura. I think even Kishi admitted he should have done this.

2. Give Orochimaru a bigger role in part 2.

3. Make Tobi Indra in Obito's body and the final villain (before Sasuke at least). His intention for Sasuke being his next vessel OR, better yet, a means to revive his original body. Madara ends up fulfilling the role Tobi/Indra had in mind for Sasuke. Oh and make Kagami, Izuna and Madara's father his previous hosts for the lulz. Either that or just stick to Madara as final villain. I think I'd keep the story with Kaguya and the fruit but don't introduce her in the last 50 chapters and then bring her back as the final villain (and don't make her the Juubi, I still can't make sense of that shit, or any of the shit from the Kaguya arc for that matter).

4. Kill off way more relevant people in the war arc. It's a freaking war. And make the Edo fights more interesting.

And then what? You know writers cannot fulfill such personal demands of everyone , don't you?

What exactly Hinata would do in that team 7 and for that team? As if three members with various personal problems are not enough in it..Was Hinata equipped with the level of the ups and downs the team 7 went thorough? She wouldn't be getting the kind of emotional support she got with her own teacher and team mates.

4. Obito stays evil until death or at least his final moments when he realizes he was wrong I love what they did in the manga, but this is my personal want. I mean, they basically did the latter and he was lucky to be alive to help during the end, but I would cut off that and have him die realizing he was wrong. No sacrifice or anything. This also avoids Naruto changing every villain to sacrifice via preaching.
5. Also kill off more important characters in the war. It would only strengthen Obito's words.
6. Don't bring back Nagato/Itachi so they can get beaten so easily. Also, don't bring back Itachi at all.
7. No Nagato. Only Yahiko as Pain. Nagato died, Yahiko didn't.
8. Less, no, or better Sakura.
9. No Kaguya
10. No sage stuff. Only hint at it. We don't need to meet him or after Naruto/Sasuke be like chosen ones. Having them parallel Madara/Hashirama is good enough.
11. KakaYama, NejiTen, Suika, KibaHina, JuKimi
12. More Kimimaro stuff in the war. His final zombie moments should be with Jugo
13. Don't kill off Akatsuki members in the main arc they are introduced in. I like all their deaths, but I want to spend more time with the characters.
14. Sound Ninja 4 during war please.
15. Less pervy shit in general, unless it's with Jiraiya.
16. Less stupid anime shit with Sakura hitting people.
17. Final villain is Madara
18. Maybe pass on Kakashi being Hokage. I like it a bit, but I prefer him never being it. Just make Naruto the next one.
19. Might Guy dies during war.
20. More emphasis on the "I'm nobody" and "I don't want to be anybody" line from Obito. Would be a great thing to focus on.


Those are some random things I would do.

Have Gai die at 8th gate
Have Onoki, and Tsunade die by Madara

I agree but with number 1 Hinata would then love Sasuke and Naruto would become gay.
I would also let Main characters die and stay dead. Let's see naruto gt solo leashed by madara it should have spurn on the alliance to figure out a way to seal him using ninja tools etc overcoming great power with real team work.
Not hype up jyubi I then let kyubi yang counter it or hold it off etc. You know less of the bullshit more of the logic Madara less dance more rape.
Or make itachi the main characters rival anbu gear looks cool. Making use enton as main skill more inton skills. Less ms hype. Or he uses sword of solo to seal beast then fuses with his susanoo and armour becoming the immortal.
Cut out the bs hashirama wank.

-Backstory of other villages. Probably an arc for each of them that somehow connect.
