So can you show me that being used on a moving target? How are we suppose to gauge it's speed? So he dodging it.

Madara, who is faster than the Sandaime, evaded it barely and Onoki wasn't even aiming for Madara.

Madara also allowed himself to get hit so he could show his Hashirama nipslip. Also he isn't faster.

I forgot Madara allowed himself to get hit. Regardless, even stationary jinton is a very fast technique which can be executed quickly let alone moving jinton. In the scan I posted earlier, the many movement lines are a clear indicator of the jinton's movement speed. That and the fact that such a large portion of the forest was cleared so quickly, looking at the panel time. Muu is also a sensor and can track the Raikage's speed and follow his movements with his jinton much easier than Onoki would be able to do.

I'm going to need some speed feats from Raikage to prove he can dodge Jinton which is continuously coming after him.

Being fast =/= being fast enough to dodge large scale jinton. I'll wait for evidence.

2. Mu can go invisible, use fission, and then have one of his halves reappear, thus Raikage doesn't realize that Mu split and doesn't continuously release lightning from his cloak, then Mu touches him and it's a wrap.
