Yup he probably can create a mechanical Asura arm to perform the seal. Plus there's also Chou ST. If Nagato can destroy a village with a CST using his own chakra reserves, a man with half of Hagoromo's chakra should be able to use something that can breach a non Rikudo Kurama avatar or at least repel all biju dama right back at Minato.

seals aren't the only things that can be used as markings. shadow clones as well.

you don't even know if his clones can spam it. or what is clones are capable of. For a jutsu that uses a lot of chakra and has a cool down, wasting it on clones can't be very smart.

Sasuke's chakra hasn't been a problem ever since he gained EMS.. After he gain Hashirama's dna, hagoromo's chakra and 15 years of chakra growth. Sasuke's clones shouldn't have a problem doing anything.

Assuming Asura Path arms can be used for CT's hand seal, Sasuke simply makes Madara sized Chibaku Tensei and sends them at Minato just like Madara sent them towards Team 7. Seeing what happened when the Meteors hit the shinobi alliance when Edo Madara was first revived, a single CT would cause dozens upon dozens more damage than what the Meteor did (wrecked V3 Susanoo without a direct hit, but Madara was close to the epicenter) 5-6, or the same amount Madara made would kill Minato.

These CT can also be used for defense as Minato's Bijuu Dama isn't going to do jack to them. And considering he had half of Hagoromo's chakra, along with the growth in reserves he should have as an adult, creating half of what Madara did is a given, if not replicating it perfectly. Though Tbh only one is needed.

Sasuke either uses Ameno to warp to safety while the impact occurs, or he flies out of range using his hawk.

Hiraishin is obviously no trouble as War Sasuke would react and counter any blitz from BM Minato let alone Gaiden Sasuke. If he tries that stuff here, Sasuke runs him through with Chidori, ending his life. Sasuke vs. Kurama Mode Minato also easily goes to him if Minato tries CQC, considering Preta Path.

But yeah, Sasuke shits low difficulty. It gets even worse if we hand him feats from other Rinnegan users, like Obito's Bijuu sealing chains, and Gedo Mazo w/ Madara's level of control.
