How Onoki able to fly?

But why other ninjas never shown it?

Samurai is different than Ninja.

Ninja is everday people(farmer, store keeper etc) but Samurai is emperor soldier

Ninja used stealth but Samurai rarely do that as their attire is for heavy battle and not stealth base battle

He makes himself feather weight and then probably propels himself using chakra in his feet or just runs on the air using chakra as they do on water...

Ohonoki can fly by making himself lighter like what he did to Gaara's sand so he can attack Madara. Also when he gets too old or is back is crippled then his bodyguards help him out. Akatuscki and Kuroistchi from the Kage Summit Arc can fly as well. :yeah:
