No Precognition was present or he would've began writing his answers earlier than the person he was copying as to better conceal his attempts at cheating.

But provide scans that the 1 or 2 Tomoe Sharingan can predict movements and I'll concede because I can assure you, there is no such thing.

seeing movements means you will your opponent regardless of their speed. I.e. Sasuke seeing Haku move when he couldn't before.

when moving that fast without sharingan you get tunnel vision. With sharingan you're still able to see what's going on around you.
Precognition is essentially seeing things before they happen. Somthing that was never desplay3d by Sasuke until vote 1. It was always
"I see it" as it was happening.

I see what he's going to do" prior to it happening.
