lets consider all the possibilities of match ups first:
1.akainu/aokiji vs sabo-lowesst mid diff
2.akainu/aokiji vs doffy- lowwest mid diff(doffy did shit his pants when aokiji threatened him)
3.akainu/aokiji vs zor-low diff

akainu and aokiji can solo those three and still take it to high/extreme diff either way in a tag team of ice and magma where theese 2 knows each others abilities very well will low diff doffy's team.i can see aokiji jut freezing the ground and then akainu just dropping meteorites.

if you are putting two admirals in one team then atleast give other team atleast a yonkou or hawkeye in place of zoro
only then we can think of some way for admirals to loose untill then lowest diff without trying

He could come in handy. If he does the petrify glance like he did on Monet it will leave Akainu and Aokiji vulnerable to Doffy and Sabo's attacks
