I recently had a huge talk with my Naruto friends.....and we have all came to the conclusion that hinata is an unimportant character......in the entire manga she only had 38 manga pages of interaction with Naruto......


If hinata had died at some point in shippuden I dought Naruto would be to upset......yes he would be sad but her death would of been nothing compared to SASUKE, sakura, KAKASHI, Jiraiya.....

her characters only use in e series is a attractive female that ATTRACTS YOUNG MALE attension....


I personally feel that instead of forcing a love story that was not all that entertaining MASAHI kishimoto should of developed her more.......

1. Deal with her family issues
2. Have her grow and change the hyuga
3. Have other goals other than NARUTO KUN

I'm not saying she's a horrible character but she could of been developed more.....

A lot of fans mostly naruhina fans and hinata fans are gonna bash me....but what needs to be said is that Naruto in a 699 chapter manga is NOT THE SAME AS THE ONE IN THE LAST

I would of accepted hinata but the fact that she barley had any actual FULL conversations with Naruto in shippuden pisses me off.....and the amount of forcing in the last felt great....I'm not the only Naruto fan that feels this

Do you think hinata would of been a better character if her goals weren't only NARUTO??

She was a side character in 1st series, shippuden, and gaiden.......ITS PRETTY CRAZY THAT KISHIMOTO AT THE END OF E SERIES CALLS HER THE MAIN HAROINE...

Err, isn't it already manga fact that Naruto went batshit crazy when he thought Hinata died? Pretty sure he does care. Of course she's unimportant, you can count the number of characters that actually drive the story on one hand. Just hilarious how much more flak Hinata gets compared to the other konoha 11 just because she's the only side character involved in the main shipping drama.

Hinata's development was pretty good actually. Thank god she wasn't the main heroine to get crapped on. The Last showed her development as the Byakugan Princess and with the Byakugan she is far from fodder. I think you forget that she had other goals besides chasing after Naruto, she wanted to become stronger herself so she trained with Neji and formed the Twin Lion Fist and then in the Last she was badass. Less panel time made her the best and less irritating af. The Pain Arc also defined her, she literally risked her life for her husband. Reread the manga fam.

NH had 38 pages of interaction. I'm not against the pairing, but their relationship barely had development.
