Kaguya need a army to fight against Momoshiki?

now that u mention it, it think u're right. kaguya is kinda greedy about chakra, so she probably didnt want all the chakras, that she said to belong to her, taken by momoshiki

I still don't get why she needed an army to defeat Momoshiki. Even if Momo has absorption powers, Kaguya the woman who ate the Shinju Fruit shouldn't be afraid to risk using the chakra against him. I hope SP will explain this in the movie.

Somewhere in the base somebody posted that it was Momo's plan to eat the Shinjuu fruit and convert all living things into chakra but Kaguya ate the fruit eventually... I believe that by gaining all the chakra for herself and having a slave army Kaguya(which doesn't mean that she needs for battle) ruins Momo's plan.
