Quite possibly yes, I beleive so anyway. Because Sasuke summoned his hawk in Kaguyas dimension, showing that space time ninjutsu such as the summoning jutsu still works.

The principle of FTG is similar to that of the summoning jutsu, so it should work. Obito also showed he can use kamui to open holes into other dimensions as well. Minato has a similar ability, his space time barrier can tear open holes in space, so he should be able to return to the real world with that.

Then finally you have the reverse summoning jutsu.

FTG works by "folding" inwards two points in the space-time continuum on one dimensional plane. The Kamui dimension is on a different plane so no, it won't work.

An FTG user can teleport throughout either one, but not both simultaenously. Kuchiyose is different because like Kamui, it creates a portal to connect two spaces.
