They're Bijuu like kurama and it wasn't said that it some kind of special ability only kurama can do so why not them.

Yet Kurama is the only one who could perform such a feat. Kurama is the only bijuu without a nature so it would make sense that it would have some unice abilities, for instance no other bijuu can heal except kurama

Well it was yang kurama and its yang was so strong that it turned the zetsu to trees. No other bijuu has has shown similar properties
