I can not understand how Momo got a Rinnegan in the first place....

The first option would be that Momoshinki has transplanted Madara's Rinnegan. With Madara's Rinnegan he can bypass Chibaku Tensei and summon the Gedo Mazou thus bringing back a major piece of the Juubi's revival. Madara's body went MIA in the aftermath of the war, so it's possible that Momoshinki took his body and Rinnegan. I made a theory on that matter also :

The Rinnegan is not in Momoshinki's eye sockets, it's in his palms, which tells me these Rinnegans were transplanted into him. Momoshinki being born with Rinnegans in his palms just doesn't sound right to me. The Rinnegans were perhaps transplanted Danzo Style.

The second option is that Momoshinki combined Indra and Ashura chakra to awaken the Rinnegan (Once again, how he awakened Rinnegan in his palms is anybody's guess). It's possible cause Madara was not the only one who had attempted to combine Indra and Ashura chakra to awaken Rinnegan.

Like the theories but again its a mess... I am curious about Momo's backstory which has not been revealed in the spoilers... Sasuke says that he remains him himself when he was younger.
