The only good (accurate) looking one is the Colossal Titan and that's it.

You have german people (mostly) and yet portrayed by Japanese. It's eh. I mean, at least have em look like a white person or a black person or anything depicted on the story.

At least they go the japanese chars looking spot on (eh on Mikasa)

I agree, but to be honest it's really hard to depict anime characters in real life, I think even if the actors for Armin, Annie were white people, it still would not match the anime character.

Live action anime/manga remakes are usually terrible.

This trailer leads me to believe it further based on the actors they picked for the characters. I mean if they can't even get the outer appearance right how good will they portray the characters personality.

I just googled "Attack on Titan manga" today and the first search result I got was actually a review of what I believe is this movie from Kotaku.
The reviewer said it was shit and quite frankly that's no surprise for a live action remake.

For those wondering the movie is a complete different story from the manga, the characters, setting, backgrounds etc are all different, so obviously this will not spoil anything.
