[Discussion] Did Aizen Get Worse As a Villain

A lot of people say aizen was at his best during the early parts of bleach and then during the later parts of bleach Aizen became a joke.

Did aizen get worse as a villain ?

No. Aizen is still a boss.

I think Kubo is unsure as to where to put him in the 1000 year War Arc. Like Aizen has like a
spectator neutral role instead of being the main antagonist.

I say he should be the final villain.

This applies to other characters aswell. If you need to nerf your characters in order to have writing material later that is bad writing. It's basically disguising nerfs as character development.

He never held back against Ichigo during their last fight. Kurosaki attaining the Saigo no Getsuga wasn't a part of Aizen's calculations, so he had no reason to actually kill Ichigo at all. Besides, Ichigo was just a bit of entertainment for Aizen. With or without Ichigo, Aizen would've still mobilised his forces against the Soul Society, and he would've gone on to win if Ichigo wasn't a factor.

No, Aizen was one hell of a villain. He basically powered the manga through close to 300 chapters. Look at 2015, his return and troll moments are some of the highlights of the year.

To me Aizen was good villain and a great troll, but right now I don't feel like he is a villain, just a badass character in a chair. I'm not a very big Aizen fan.

In the Arrancar arc I don't think he became worse as villain, he was a great villain till the end of that arc!

Bleach is still the third most popular manga and always has been. Anything you say is stupid.

Kubo should have ended his manga after aizens defeat in fake karakura town arc coz all arcs after that one made bleach lose its popularity and epicness of manga. Aizens should be the main villian of the series but author introduce lost forgotten quincys whose boss is extremely overpowered, and preparing to die a fodder nakama bullshit death by the hands of ICHIGO KUROSAKI.

First off we don't know if Aizen ever had a bankai to began with he tricked people into thinking he had one an that's how he became captain...second ichigo never saw the ritual so he can't get trapped.

Aizen said he had pretty much mastered the shinigami arts, that's why he used the Hogyoku. Plus Aizen literally has a shikai release command, you have to say bankai when you use one. Unless you're Ichibe.
