Hashirama for this genjutsu, Kokuangyo no Jutsu (A rank)....if it has a similar genjutsu, surely he can do others.

Definitely the Toad Song is pretty high up there.

Also 2nd Mizukage's Clam Genjutsu. An entire portion of an army still couldn't get past it even when he was telling them how to beat it. They would have lost if not for Oonoki.

Kurenai went head to head with Itachi and even escaped his genjutsu (fortunate for her she didn't get tagged with Tsukuyomi like Kakashi did)

Tayuya sound genjutsu it was enough to capture both Sasuke and Itachi together.
