I'm affraid to debate against zetsu. He's a tricky one, he has really a very very few feats that normally makes the manga's audience to underrate him.

For example, i would argue Zabuza vs Zetsu thinking Zabuza is the victor, while i wouldn't be surprised that after reading your argumets i'd change my opinion.
