Show me how its enough because your scaling is absolutely horrible. As I already stated Katsuyu has defenses for acidic substance so the lava is already not going to effect her but even more she cant spit out enough to cover Katsuyu's body.
The lava Mei used against Madara seem basic, not acidic. Only her globs were acidic, so she probably has control over it. Not that it matters, because Katsuyu does not have immunity to every type of acid unless you can prove her being immune to different types of acidic effects.

Especially when combined with the quicklime which ends up demolishing Katsuyu from beneath due to the tremendous heat release when cooled down with her Suiton. And as Ice stated, this is under the assumption Temari does not summon Kamatari with her large scale wind to chop all of team 2 down.
