Bz was connected to kaguya his power increases due to whoever he's connected to so that means if he's saying he's fast he's judging it from kaguyas perspective or her power lvl if Naruto wasn't fast kaguya wouldn't have to resort to all those tricks she caught sasuke neg diff if she went to his dimension he would have been done for

You do realize that If Naruto was faster, the fight between them would've been over a lot sooner. I have yet seen any proof that Naruto is faster than Sasuke. Show me a scan of Naruto coming at Sasuke at top speed and Sasuke tried to dodge and fail. If you can't, then Nobody on NB should be saying Naruto is the fastest or faster than Sasuke. We can say they about equally. But can't say faster!
