Kakashi has several moments but the most important is against Kaguya.. He came of with the deciding tactic to defeat her.

3. Genjutsu = Itachi
Itachi is the only ninja who's been said to be be able to put several shinobi under genjutsu form far away without eye contact.. Hands down he's the best.

4. Taijutsu = lee
He has been called a genius.. And is the best in taijutsu.

Seals = Minato
His skills in seals allowed him to improve on FTG and can seal probably anything.. Hands down the best.

5. Strategy = Tobirama
His strategy and plans was a deciding factor on Jj obito defeat..

Honorable mentions: shika, neji, Oro, and Madara.

He has borrowed throughout the series and has shown proficient skill in doing so. He borrowed Chakra from Kurama in the Chuunin exams which was the only reason he was able to defeat Neji at the time. He borrowed power from the Kyuubi when he lost control against Pain; albeit doing so allowed him to save Konoah. He borrowed Chakra from the bijuu. He borrowed power from Hagoromo. That said... borrowing worked for him.. for with this he was able to prove his ninja way! That he did not have to do it alone! He never goes back on his word either.
