Which characters never should have been brought back?

Everyone Nagato revived and all Edo Tensei bar Itachi should have never been revived. Itachi still had unfinished business. Also Tobi should have stayed Madara or have been an Izuna.

So true. Tobi should have just been Madara. He could just do whatever needed to return himself to full strength and kept fighting. No need for Obito and all that other unnecessary storyline bs if he was just there to begin with.
