Knowledge: Guy has full intel about Madara's PS and his other jutsus, and Madara knows about the 8th Gate, however in fact he does not know about Guy's Evening Elephant and Night Month.

Battle intent: Defeating your opponent (either kill or winning the match )

Rules: First strike wins (it doesn't matter if Guy dies as long as he kills Madara first).

1. Guy starts with 8th Gate.

2. Madara starts without Perfect Susanoo.

It's developing on the same principles as Hirudora or Sekizō, except unlike the aforementioned, it differs in that the energy state is maintained rather than released in a sharp, quick blast and that the energy is twisted inwards rather than expelled straight outwards.

What is distorting space exactly? pull or bending reality or space? Because if that what it is it sure was not impressive at all and do not say gai was distorting space like it was something casual he use Nighti gai which happens to be his strongest attack to do that.
