RSM comes from the power of the 9 Beasts, hence that is why he is also the meeting place. Also Naruto controls SM perfectly. He seems to not lose control and that pigmentation around the eyes indicates that he has RSM. He is not using BSM.

Bullshit in gaiden he used toad sage mode and had pigmentation but later in the same day it changes to rsm pattern. When he saved Guy ut proved tsb and rsm are dependent on one another completely only in thr manner that only someone using rikudou chakra can use tsb. But someone can utilize rikudou senjutsu without having tsb. The Guy situation is a valid example of evidence due to it being supported by the databook and when Obito took bijuu chakra from madara he took rikudou senjutsu chakra,he manifested a tsb staff out of zetsu and Madara said he even snatched some senjutsu power.
