Because he is a grown man nearing his forties lmao. They probably kept Takeuchi as Naruto's VA considering her huge experience with the character and the fact that when someone thinks about Naruto that voice comes to mind.

Nah it's still dumb. There was a scene in the manga and anime in the Naruto Sage training arc. He was reading Jirayas novel and Naruto was imagining himself as the hero of the book. It was the first time kisho drew Naruto as an adult, and in that flashback/imagination, the VA for adult Naruto was a grown man.

They could have used Takeuchi for Bolt, and all would have been well. It's ridiculous that Naruto at age 30-40 sounds like a 12 year old still. Cannot take him seriously at all, with his already had haircut and goofy face, the voice is just overkill. Tsuandes voice sounds more powerful than his.

Ikr, but keep in mind Japanese people have a different culture from mine or yours. They might not accept another seiyuu for such a important character after years of hearing said voice. I would have preferred a male VA for him too.
