I did some research, this "winter 2016" is just the release date of Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring volume by VIZmedia, nothing else

Can someone please teach kishimoto about the meaning of the words "end of series".
since he made gaiden which revolves around sarada and now this spin-off which i guess revolves around boruto. Then in 2017 he will make about mitsuki then in 2018 it will be about another then in 2019 and so on and on. And will just ruin the name of series by making it more shittier and troll chapters.

That was part of the Naruto project, the only debate was weather Kishi was going full time as a weekly series like before or a bi monthly series sines originally He said He was tired of weekly deadlines.Some say that His staff will increase in size to relieve the pressure of meeting deadlines.
