Who's the strongest Uchiha without the sharingan?

It's between Madara and itachi. Madara was a beast even without his eyes during the war arc. And itachi is a genius and is pretty great at taijutsu too (reference to Naruto vs itachi)

I'm thinking in a different way then everyone else. If Obito never had a sharigan then madara would have never been interested in him, and if he never had a sharigan they would have probably died by the cloaked ninja during the 3rd war. My bad lol.

Well with that logic then Oro would have never been interested in Sasuke if he didn't have his. Madara wanted Obito becuz he was uchiha and so did Oro want Sasuke becuz he was uchiha.

Obviously Madara. Physically stronger than the rest, the only one who'd be able to match him in that category would be Adult Sasuke. Giant Katon, which no one can match. Weaponry, which no one can match.
