As 've explained already I have read it, I don't see it as proof which why I am asking you as the one who provided the proof why is this suppose to be proof. I'm given you a chance to actually defend your "proof". However when providing "proof" one should always explain why it is proof especially when it can be interpreted several ways. 1st that does not confirm his gender as he isn't referring to himself as a man, suigetsu is. Suigetsu can simply be guessing that his gender is male based off of his *** at the time.

2nd his *** isn't confirmed as we have no Idea if during that timeline whether or not he is in a male or female body during the movie. Although evidence points towards him being a female.
