Because the Senju Clan is the strongest Clan out there. Even the Uchiha Clan had their own Children sacrificed for combat with lack of a Sharingan to boot and managed to compete against Senju quite well which even caused Hashirama to feel concerned for both parties.

But Hashirama is nothing without his Mokuton, so your logic is terrible.

Again, you totally skimmed through the manga. Hagoromo explained how Indra inherited his Spiritual Energy and while that has diminished over the next generations, that still should yield them superior Chakra compared to other clans considering how no one came from such blessed ancestry in the first place.

Furthermore, Obito as a Child easily handled having Senju DNA implanted through half his body. One needs a high quality of chakra to resist it's effects which indicate that Uchiha have strong Chakra to begin with whereas most were stated to have died when implanted with Hashirama's DNA.
