Just stop. Kiba had to train with Akamaru. Regardless of what you hypothesize, that isn't what happened, so you can't use it as evidence. Animals like what you say that require no training or guidance might not even exist in NV.

Explain to me how my argument is over? Food pills don't allow a person whose never performed fang over fang, to suddenly do it.
Food pills don't allow the Akimichi clan the ability to use size manipulation.
Food pills didn't allow Kabuto to suddenly use chakra scapel when he fought Tsunade.
