Can we please have a logical discussion as to why people think Sasuke > Naruto

I do agree that there's a lot of speculation concerning Sasuke skill set. I just think it's absurd not to believe a Genius Uchiha haven't mastered the Rinnegan in 15 years especially what he was able to accomplish with a hour of use at VOTE 2.

I don't think a susanoo is going to be able to tank anything Naruto has in his disposal, and most of Naruto's stronger techniques like planetary rasenshuriken/ TBB are much too large to be teleported away by Sasuke in time before he's in its radius, so Sasuke is going to be forced to use his own techniques to counter.


In my honest opinion, Naruto is far more skilled in taijutsu than Sasuke. Sasuke's primary form of attack is Kenjutsu with his sword which is technically not taijutsu, however we'll just leave it be and call it all hand-to-hand combat. Naruto has clearly displayed that he is able to fend off Sasuke's kenjutsu with a kunai and reflexes alone. In terms of taijutsu, Naruto has his perfect sage mode which immensely enhances his abilities and is going to let him easily counter Sasuke's sharigan, as even if Sasuke evades Naruto, his Frog Kata is going to allow him to still land hits. Naruto also has a distinct raw strength advantage as well. Along with this, I'd say both are roughly the same on speed, so blitzing isn't really going to happen for either.

When I said taijutsu I didn't mean if they fought hand to hand. Naruto would win that. I meant if naruto attempted close combat. Sasukes teleporting would overwhelm him as seen in gaiden when he didn't even notice the sword fly into his stomach until it was too late.

Also I agree susanoo can't tank his attacks, I was referring to his smaller ones like the lava shuriken, not the bijuu Dama things where he uses nine of them.

Anyways, the fight is close. And if it turns out sasuke can't land a hit using amenotijikara then it's a tie again. Though I just realized, if sasuke can now switch dimensions like he did in gaiden, couldn't he just leave naruto somewhere?

Why does it matter when Kishi himself stated that Sasuke=Naruto/Kurama, anyone's opinion apart from his is irrelevant.But if we are going by feats, there is no reason at all that Sasuke can't simply BFR Naruto into another dimension.

Naruto is stronger and it's pretty easy to figure that out but Sasuke is capable of fighting him. EMS Sasuke was made to seem equaled to BSM but Naruto was never at full power either times he went EMS yet Sasuke shown jealousy towards that power. Naruto had to get chakra from Yin Kurama both times he went BSM because Yang Kurama was out or low on chakra. Naruto gets gets even stronger with Hagoromo's powerup and then got another powerup in the form of full Kurama and Hashirama cells.

Going off of both Characters past characteristics and training styles; Sasuke wouldn't make full use of the Rinnegan as other users while Naruto would train to be able to use his power the best he can. With the Sharingan, Sasuke did not take advantage of the Sharingan's copying ability; Kakashi learned multiple elements to increase the amount of jutsus he can copy. Sasuke stayed with the same 2 element he had in part 1 and didn't make use out of one of the best aspect of the Sharingan. He didn't really train in genjutsu in the same degree as Itachi; he used MS to control someone in the cloud village instead of just needing the 3T. So I don't see Sasuke full making use of the Rinnegan's ability to use all 5 elements which would let him copy many jutsus which he show no interest in doing.

Another thing is, Sasuke doesn't really have anyone to train with or at least not that many; you could count Orochimaru, Suigetsu, Juugo, and Karin I guess. Sasuke would train in taijutsu, ninjutsu, kenjutsu, learn to fight with 1 hand, improve chakra control, and master the Rinnegan abilities he wants to master. Naruto have many possible teachers to train him to learn how to use different aspects of his power or skills as he done in the past. Naruto would train in taijutsu, learn to use Shunshin more skillfully, ninjutsu, chakra control, improve SM usage, train in KM, KSM, BM, BSM, RSM; possible teachers or training partners can be Kakashi, Bee, Gaara, A, Gai, and Kurama.

I'll just say this!....no enhancements. Sasuke is blind by using sharingan his own power after his bout with Danzo. Naruto has SM and the potential to master his beast mode. If people can see this manga/anime from this perspective then there is no debate on who the stronger shinobi is.

Those are the things that they both had from birth..

Naruto is stronger, who cares. OT said it himself, while sasuke powers have remained consistent throughout the entire series despite more powerful yin he received throughout his eyes evolving through the series. Naruto consistently been hand fed ridiculous powers from bijuu's at his disposal. Sasuke has been consistent with his same techniques since day 1, mastery over chidori variants, fire style variants, his susanoo, and sharingan. He's just been able to make these techniques stronger and evolve.

Sasuke's own Sharigan was his own power, but as soon as he implanted Itachi's eyes he was using a crutch. Sasuke without Itachi's eyes = blind fodder. Just because he implanted a sharingan from the same bloodline doesn't make it any less of a crutch. That's like saying that Kurama isn't a crutch because it was extracted from an Uzumaki before it was sealed into Naruto which is the same bloodline.

I see what you mean you think because Sasuke got Itachi eyes and granted Sasuke extra power, that is equal to someone being a Jinchuuriki. Rememer this any Uchiha will need to transplant someone eyes not just Sasuke and Itachi, anyone that has reached Mangekyou Sharingan level.

Its not because Sasuke and Itachi are from the same clan I consider it in their blood line, its because Uchiha has to implant someone eyes to not go blind.

Let say if Uzumaki worked like this, if Uzumaki clans got negatives affects and the only way to fix their body is to be jinchuuriki to fix their gene then yes it nothing weird.

My point is a Uchiha has to implant other Uchiha eye to evolve to EMS and stop the blindness its in their genes, while no clan in their genes needs to be a jinchuuriki.

Lets got in this order Hagoromo created the 9 Bijuus, what happened to the Bijuu after Hagoromo death its anyone guess. We see later Uchiha Madara controlling Kurama and then Hashirama won the battle and got Kurama from Madara. Just because Madara is controlling Kurama doesn't mean he is part of Uchiha, the same goes for Hashirama having Kurama doesn't make Kurama a Senju or Uzumaki.
