It's not enough to beat Kaguya but for sure it will hold her off. Now Current Naruto can probably use Bijuu RS within himself using Kurama's chakra instead of when he battled Kaguya and he needed clones. He is probably way ahead of that stage and when Naruto used the Bijuus RS look at how Kaguya turned into. Stop underrating Naruto and his feats during the war and Current Naruto could probably do the thing that the OP posted a picture of.

It won't even hold her off. Those tiny Rasengans get absorbed. The much powerful Rasenshurikens were handled by Kaguya, what can Rasengans do?

Nobody is underrating Naruto's feats. In fact, Naruto's feats have no relevance here. The only talk here is about those fanfic Rasengans which are much less powerful than corresponding RSs, but OP claims it to be a problem for Kaguya who already handled those RSs.
