The feats I showed you are cannon and they all exhibit Sasuke doing things with the Sharingan that were groundbreaking at the time. Sasuke used all stages of the sharingan to the fullest extent and went toe-to-toe with opponents that were faster, stronger, and more experienced than him, and without kamui at that.

Neither is Injecting enton into a moving wind shuriken
Perfecting the full use of Chidori is the only debatable copy, and even that takes tremendous amounts of skill.

the case for blind madara was he had hagoromos chakra because how do you think he awoke the rinnegan (you need hagoromos yin and yang chakra to awaken dual rinnegan).
