Well Itachi lasted alot longer then all of them except Obito who only had one eye an Shisui . Sasuke lost his vision quick after he left Orochimaru just a couple weeks from over using his kkg. Madara lost his quick because of the war era he grew up in using his kkg. Don't know much about Shisui's pop's Kagami. Shisui didn't use his much from what we were able to see.

So it'd be between Madara and Sasuke...an it's funny how the transmigrants use there kkg alot more than the average Uchiha did.
