Small question about the movie The Last

Who was the person at Kakashi's side when he's taken up the office of Hokage? I tried looking her up but can't find out who she is...

Also, I wonder, why has Tsunade quit her job? It's so stupid that she quit her job after only 2-3 years, and then
Kakashi is another small amount of years the Hokage... Tsunade could've easily resumed the office, what do you think?

Kakashi wasn't Hokage right away after the war, from what I read he became Hokage a year after the war so Tsunade was Hokage for 5 years so she's 55-56 when Kakashi took over and 67-68 in Gaiden. Kakashi was Hokage for 10-11 years since Naruto became Hokage in Ch. 700 from all the hints in the chapter. Tsunade only became Hokage because there was no one else who could at the time; Jiraiya turned it down which left Tsunade. Kakashi didn't become a possible candidate until part 2 as we learn when Jiraiya told Tsunade no one else can become Hokage right now and she says there's Kakashi and Naruto. Jiraiya says fair enough about Kakashi but said Naruto needs more time.
