Lord Naruto was visibly exhausted subsequent to Sasuke assimilating the chakra of the Nine-Tails into himself; Sasuke created a Chidori to kill Naruto, but he sent a powerful uppercut to Sasuke.
This was not due to his vast stamina, but rather the fact that he was in an adverse situation and there was the possibility of losing his best friend to the darkness, therefore all the muscle fibers in his body activated. This allowed him to perform a feat of strength despite being exhausted.
Evidence:
Kevin Fast, a pastor in California, is the world's strongest man. He could once pull a 100 ton truck 50 feet forward. It was proven that his muscle fibers were all activated and he possessed a certain fiber that allowed him to perform these feats of strength. Furthermore, it was proven that an individual who can carry 100 pounds of weight would be able to lift 130+ pounds of weight in an adverse situation.
